After the meditation, a reading will be shared followed by group discussion. We will end the evening with the Loving-Kindness sutta. In 2010, Gena began practicing mindfulness meditation (vipassana). After noticing positive changes in her life from her practice, she became inspired to share meditation with others. Gena became a certified instructor through the Meditation Learning Center in January 2015.
